A friend who'd just had a total crash on his computer said, "Only the new PC users, stony broke or slow witted would nowadays run computers for long without protection from virus, trojan and other malicious rubbish entering our space." He was thinking of himself - but he'd been warned. It was he who said "leave it 'til later. Didn't need spamfighter or virus buster" So to complete the barricade he was convinced now to use AVG. He says that with Spamfighter - up dated regularly - to ensure that the latest data is on his PC he'll sleep better. He says the stuff he doesn't want in the first place won't get to him. There's little or no reason for not shutting the doors to the intruders. Spamfighter can sit on your PC and slam the doors shut at the least hint of trouble. There's no one size to fit all so why not peek at these two. virus protection See AVG suite which is now indespensable, because it roots out stuff missed by others we've tried.
